In 2007, when most fled the real estate market, he saw the opportunity. Adopted from Russia by a loving Floridian family at age 10, he grew up in Vero Beach and studied business financing emphasis in real estate at UCF. As life progressed, he earned his Florida’s Real Estate Brokers license (BK3238176) where he moves real estate assets throughout Florida. Lundy is the contrarian thinker behind AJL Management Corp. He believes that success is a good mix of perseverance, hard work, dabbled by insight and vision. For fun, he flies Embraer 145. Lundy also playing tennis for exercise, and enjoys being involved in Vero Beach Sunrise Rotary, where he gets an opportunity to invest in individuals that give back to our local and international community.
